Haunted Town buried the skull. The hand disagreed.

A cracked skull rises from the black with red liquid dripping like the town forgot to clean up its worst secret. The skeletal hand holds it up proudly, as if presenting proof that something underneath the streets is still awake. Minimal, nasty, and weirdly polite. Very Haunted Town behavior.
