Most people focus on the glowing eye first. Then the teeth. Then suddenly they notice the claws wrapped around the wall like the creature has been hiding there the entire time waiting for the screen to light up again. The empty black space makes the right side feel even more aggressive because your brain keeps expecting something else to appear from the darkness.
